Hi all. I kept my MP3 player connected while rebooting my computer. Ever since, when I try to sync my mp3 player using Windows Media Player, I am told the option is unavailable. What can I do in Windows Media Player to fix the problem? I can copy songs to the MP3 player using My Computer, but deleting with WMP is now impossible because I can not sync.
Hi, try going to my computer and making sure your device is listed. Or, just try to press escape and sync as normal. I haven't had any trouble using my mp3 players with WMP. If your player came with a setup disk, try reinstalling the program. Or as a last resort, try emailing the manufacturer of your player. Also, windowsmedia.com is a good resource. try looking under the FAq section or sending an email question. I know how frustrating that can be when WMP doesn't work.
